CDN Delivery
LiveTranscoding.com is in the process of certifying various CDN providers. Currently we support EdgeCast and all EdgeCast clients can use their existing account. Click here to set up your EdgeCast account. For the Free Trial, you don't need a CDN account.
Billing Information
Cancel subscription/payment
When you sign up for a plan you’ll pay for the entire month upfront. All plans are
automatically renewed each month. For example, if you contract a plan on the 15th, you’ll
be billed again on the 15th of the following month, unless you decide to cancel. You can
cancel the next monthly payment at anytime through your PayPal account. When you cancel
your subscription, you’ll still be able to log in and use the LiveTranscoding.com service for
the remainder of the monthly cycle for which you have already paid.

Add additional plans to your account
If you want to add another plan to your account, please go to the Pricing page and fill in the
billing form for the plan you wish to contract. If you use the same email address, we’ll add
the new plan to your existing account.
Important: If you want 2 or more subscriptions of the same plan, please email us
at info@livetranscoding.com, as this requires a customized payment subscription setup.
Switch plans
If you want to switch to a different plan, please follow the Cancel subscription/payment
instructions. Then go to the Pricing page and select the new plan you want to subscribe to.
If you use the same email address, we’ll add the new plan to your existing account.
Cancel account
After cancelling your payment, you’ll still be able to log into your account. If you
want to cancel your account completely from our system, please send an email
to info@livetranscoding.com with “CANCEL” in the subject.
